We've crafted a beer that highlights our core value: change is our only constant. In that spirit, we are keeping the malt base consistent in every brew, but each batch will be showcasing new hops and techniques that are currently intriguing us.
Tasting notes:
West Coast IPA with amber to gold colour, with low chill haze. Medium intensity malt character remains consistent with each batch, however the hop notes are always changing, usually bold and varied between batches.
