Shipping policy

SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

All orders require a signature upon delivery, and must be signed for by someone over the age of 18.

Please address your order to an address where someone is home, or where someone can receive the goods between the hours of 9am to 5pm (i.e Your Work address)

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders placed and payment accepted by 1pm, Monday – Friday for items in Stock will ship the same day as ordered (see shipping methods). Orders placed and credit approved anytime Saturday or Sunday for items in Stock will ship on the following Monday. These cutoff times are a guideline, and are subject to possible change or modification due to prevailing circumstances. This information does not constitute a guarantee.

ORDERS

Orders are shipped via 48Hr Courier. Deliveries will take two – three working days.

COURIER DELIVERY

Freight charges for your order are automatically calculated as you add items to your shopping cart. Some items may take longer to reach you if you live in a rural area. We will email you tracking information for your order when it is dispatched from us.

RURAL DELIVERY

Rural addresses will incur a Rural delivery Fee, as will any island (e.g. Waiheke Island etc).

INSURANCE

All orders shipped are insured at no additional charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept orders from outside of New Zealand for delivery to New Zealand addresses.

Orders shipping to addresses outside New Zealand will NOT be shipped.
