It’s edgy, earthy, and nothing like you’ve had before. it’s cloudier than the May inversion layer but the balanced fruit flavour will leave you feeling like it’s almost spring time

during the NZ lockdown, when 3 o’clock became the new 5 o’clock we decided it was time to brew a drink that would help break up those mid day beers. whether you’re trying to be healthy or just attempting to shake off the dust after a long weekend – this one is for you.
A naturally fermented beverage using organic black tea & organic raw sugar produces strong floral notes with a hint of fruity undertones. It’s probiotic, sparkling, and most importantly, guilt free.
Ginger Beer – 4.2%
the ginger beer with a soul. a true daywalker can sustain extended periods in the sun, this one is perfect for those hot days out in the sunshine – It’s light and bright, refreshing with a hint of spice but finishes with a balanced sweetness.
West Coast IPA
staying true to our core value, that change is our only constant. as the malt bill stays consistent throughout every new batch we will be showcasing the hops & techniques that are intriguing us at the moment.

Black IPA – 5.6%
A solid malt profile with hints of chocolate and toasted malt is followed by a refreshing hoppiness. This is a dark beer that is drinkable, and will want you coming back for more

Bones mend Press Send, so like Larry would say, ‘Are you guys silly I’m still going to send it’. In that spirit we’ve created a Pale Ale with an upfront toasty profile, then we’ve sent it with New Zealand Southern Cross & Cascade hops giving it hints of citrus and pine.

A bold New Zealand Pilsner, using NZ malt matched with Kohatu, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka hops. This creates a hoppy Pilsner perfect for up the lake, or after a day skiing & riding.
